Invisible char bug: replayed 36 production files, identified 15 affected cells, deployed detection + fix in 10 days (PPM-ENGG-1958). File selection race condition: 211 lost MPN-IPN links corrected in production after tracing wrong-folder lookup bug (PPM-ENGG-1971).
Built Townsend→DSCS BOM integration from scratch: Spring Boot ECS Fargate, SQS, Aurora RDS, V1–V5 synthetic versioning. 90% unit test coverage at ship. Resolved 12+ production bugs in 6 weeks. Extended to Master BOM, country-change propagation, TGS taxonomy writeback.
Traced BOM sync failures to WAF blocking DSCS polling responses >8KB. Deployed fix same day as escalation. "This is a time sensitive request. New Site launches is critically dependent on this." — end user. All stalled BOMs processed automatically within hours.
Designed and shipped all 5 sync phases: Extract → Hubble queries → XLSX→CSV → Delta report → Apply updates. Added EU module support, duplicate UIN disambiguation with country + lifecycle, S3 access logging.
19 validation rules covering multi-system integrity. Structured search deployed to all 1,000+ users. Faceted filter UI with multi-select, Oracle ID column, Townsend source data export. Parallel Coupa OTIT partition scanning for performance.
